Util-Assist is pleased to announce that we have been awarded London Hydro’s Green Button Solutions Field Support RFP. Util-Assist will perform all remote support and field work associated with London Hydro’s Green Button initiative, including customer enrollment, installation, and call centre services.

The Green Button initiative is a provincial sponsored program that gives Ontarians the ability to access and share their electricity data in a standardized and secure manner.  By providing households and businesses with easy access to their consumption data, the program empowers customers with control, flexibility, and choice, thus enabling them to save both costs and energy.

With our successful track record in managing conservation programs, Util-Assist offers the right tools, technology, and experience to guide London Hydro as it becomes one of the first Ontario utilities to implement Green Button functionality.  Util-Assist’s expertise is unparalleled in this area: we have supported over 40 utilities with conservation programs and have managed the installation of over 40,000 devices.
