Util-Assist has once again been certified as a Great Place to Work®, marking our fifth consecutive year receiving this distinction based entirely on employee feedback.

The certification reflects the positive workplace culture our team continues to build together—one grounded in trust, collaboration, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence. The accreditation process includes an anonymous employee survey that evaluates workplace experience across five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie.

This year’s results once again demonstrated strong employee confidence in Util-Assist as an employer, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to creating an environment where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.

“This certification for the fifth consecutive year is a powerful reflection of the people who make Util-Assist what it is,” said Util-Assist president, Dr. Andrea Nuesser. “When our people are engaged, supported, and proud of where they work, that energy goes directly into the service our clients experience every day.”

Over the past year, Util-Assist has continued to strengthen our workplace culture through flexible work practices, employee development initiatives, collaboration opportunities, and a people-first approach that supports both professional growth and work-life balance. These efforts have contributed to the company also being recognized among Canada’s Best Workplaces, Best Workplaces in Professional Services, and Best Workplaces for Mental Wellness.
