As Director, Training and Resource Management, Cathy oversees a team of project managers working on client engagements. She ensures that project management best practices, procedures and policies are followed during all Util-Assist project engagements.
Working in the utility sector since 2009, Cathy has gained in-depth knowledge of the day-to-day operations of local distribution companies. She has been instrumental in assisting numerous utilities manage conservation, customer experience and AMI integrations over the past years. Cathy is consistently recognized by management and peers for exceptional productivity and commitment to meeting project timelines and building client relationships.
